REVIEW
On this, another fine set of
soul jazz, Jimmy can really be heard coming into his own as a vocalist.
As is often the case with his albums, the title track is a stand-out. This
one features a great-sounding band, hand claps, typically exciting solos
from Jimmy, combined with his vocal that is about doing a dance called the
'stay loose'. |t's a close to a soul hit as you'll ever hear in Jimmy's
career. The rest of the album doesn't reach quite such a feverish pitch,
but is still of a high standard and is worth tracking down.
