REVIEW   This album works as something of a companion piece to Got My Mojo Workin'. There are a three vocal tracks this time, as well as fine big band and soul jazz groove dynamics. This set, however, is more coherent in terms of style and consequently makes for the (slightly) better album. Most of the tunes are uptempo and they all swing fiercely.
